Pro Vita Healthcare management provides management expertise to a wide variety of residential care facilities. We provide a holistic approach with a focus on meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of facility residents. Facility Residents:

We work diligently to create a home-like environment that promotes resident and family dignity, privacy, autonomy, and respect.

We optimize each resident's level of functioning, designing activity programs with special emphasis on both quality of care and quality of life including acknowledging and addressing resident problems such as loneliness, boredom and helplessness.

We provide interesting and stimulating activities and personalized visits. We also encourage independence by reinforcing the resident's strengths and abilities while respecting privacy and lifestyle choices with recognition of a resident's right to make decisions regarding their care.

Facility Staff:

Pro Vita Healthcare Management inc. provides education, experience, staff training and development. We recognize that our company's strengths lies with our team and work hard to provide an environment conducive to personal and professional development.

All staff, as valued contributors to our team, are fully involved in all aspects of the care planning process. We employ a team approach and utilize several disciplines including RN's, LPN's, RCA's, housekeeping staff and activity specialists.

We treat all staff with respect and recognition and encourage ongoing skills training, as well as communication, and the free exchange of ideas. We encourage participation in decision-making at all levels within the organization.
