Quality Assurance Program
Our performance can be evaluated by our Quality Assurance Program.
This includes:
- Effectiveness of recruiting, hiring qualified staff, orientation and training processes, on-going in-service training; effective, smooth scheduling of staff; and maintaining adequate staffing.
- Fulfillment of job routine requirements and understanding of specific roles and responsibilities of all departments within the facility.
- Satisfaction surveys from residents, families, and staff.
- Incident reports.
- Staff and resident formal problem/resolution process.
- Encouraging staff participation in Occupational Health and Safety committees in order to provide employees with a safe work environment.
Success will be achieved by:
- Working closely with the facility to achieve a seamless transition.
- Providing qualified and well-trained staff.
- Refining the evaluation systems and monitoring both the suitability and acceptability of the care service available to the residents.
- Organizing and working together with the client on a Quality Assurance Committee.
- Understanding the uniqueness of each centre in order to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of service and care.
